Seventh Rule: 5 Years and Counting

Its Seventh Rule's 5 Year Anniversary!

We bet that we'd never make it this long, but apparently you rad ass weirdos like our records and love our bands.

And we love you too!

That's why ALL SEVENTH RULE CDs IN THE ONLINE STORE ARE only $5 POSTAGE PAID until December 31st!!! Now you can own the entire Seventh Rule CD catalog (still in print) for less than it would cost you to take your girlfriend to dinner at Outback Steakhouse!

So do it now at www.seventhrule.com . ($5 PPD is for US shipping, add a couple dollars for shipments outside the states.)

SOME HISTORY FOR Y’ALL…

Five years ago today, Sweet Cobra released "Praise" on Seventh Rule Recordings, SRULE01. Sweet Cobra's CD release show was at the legendary Fireside Bowl in Chicago, there were maybe 86 people there that night. But the CDs were selling like pancakes at IHOP. We knew we did something right. Since then Sweet Cobra has become somewhat of a DIO sized phenomenon, selling out limited engagement shows. S.C. still slays live more than any band in Chicago.

We want to thank everyone who has supported us for the first five years, you know who you are.

The next 5 years will be Seventh Rule invading other parts of the universe continuing to abduct bands like Wetnurse and Light Yourself On Fire.

The folks at Decibel posted this awesome article online.

Much thanks goes out for the support!
